At Wagner Rail GmbH, I manage fire safety and protection projects, serving as a key contact for metro Munich customers and coordinating suppliers through engineering, installation, and commissioning.
At Durr Systems AG, I managed factory plant and production line design projects from kickoff through delivery, including pre-commissioning. I was also responsible for supplier coordination, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Earlier, I led greenfield automotive production-line projects at SAIPA / ASAC= from the sales phase through commissioning. My work has also included paint shop proposals, product development for the North American market, and supplier management.
