I'm currently leading end-to-end software delivery and validation programs for Mercedes-Benz and Porsche at IAV, coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams across development streams.
I serve as the primary customer interface, aligning technical execution with business priorities while driving release planning, governance, risk mitigation, resource allocation and executive reporting.
Previously, I led Connected Car validation functions for SEAT and VW through AKKODIS and AKKA Technologies, managing teams of up to 80–100 people and taking end-to-end responsibility for offers, planning, roadmaps, test plans, milestones, scope and staffing.
My background spans connected-car function ownership, eSIM management, networking, personalization, instrumentation and control engineering, and industrial automation. I bring a collaborative, structured approach to translating technical challenges into measurable delivery outcomes.
