In Human Resource Management, I’ve built practical exposure through talent management and employee relations, supporting strategic HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational growth. I also bring record-keeping discipline and critical thinking to ensure decisions are grounded in reliable information.

My work experience spans people leadership and service delivery. As a Manager at Aminci Guest House, I handled guest issues, maintained accurate records of daily activities and financial transactions, and supervised staff operations—always prioritizing timely resolutions and transparency.

I’ve also strengthened my communication and structured delivery through teaching at Compass Group of Schools, where I designed exam questions, marked scripts, recorded student results, and provided feedback for improvement. Alongside my NSYC leadership (CDS President), my Human Resource Management certification supports my commitment to growing responsibly and contributing value from day one.
