At Marampa Mines Limited, I designed and maintain a workforce tracking system covering 2,900+ employee records. I also built an operational performance dashboard and departmental KPI analysis to turn raw data into management-ready reporting.
At Community Organization for Development and Empowerment – Sierra Leone (CODE-SL), I supported delivery of development projects valued at over USD 3M across 7 districts. I maintained activity, output, budget and progress tracking, and contributed to a UNICEF-funded WASH programme Bill of Quantities in Moyamba District.
With Doctors with Africa CUAMM, I supported monitoring and evaluation for nutrition and health-screening programmes by collecting, validating and analysing service-delivery data. I also trained facility and district staff on data collection tools, monitoring protocols and reporting practices.
I founded the Institute of Research and Analysis Centre (IRAC), where I lead training and analytics services in Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python and data analytics. I also serve as lead consultant for a retainer-based engagement with Lizelsundria Urgent Care, providing internal audit, financial oversight and management advisory services.
