What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply AI and digital innovation to strengthen evidence generation and programme coordination. I want to build and improve dashboards and M&E systems that support learning and adaptive management for children and communities.

I’m a data and digital systems professional with over two years of experience supporting programme monitoring, knowledge management, and data-driven decision-making within UNICEF and international NGOs. I combine a strong statistics foundation (BSc Honours) with practical experience designing digital data tools and building dashboards for reporting and learning.

In my UNICEF Sierra Leone work, I support programme monitoring and performance tracking across multi-sectoral portfolios (health, education, child protection), applying OECD-DAC evaluation criteria to strengthen accountability and results-based management. I contribute to evaluation methodologies and data collection tools, and I produce analytical briefs with clear traceability from findings to actionable recommendations.

As a Research Coordinator (Consultant) with Sightsavers Sierra Leone, I coordinated a multi-district health research project with 2,000+ participants—from tool development and partner training to field deployment and reporting. I designed and maintained real-time dashboards that reduced reporting turnaround time by 80%, and I delivered donor-ready analytical reports for diverse external audiences.

I also managed programme data from 133 schools at Slum2School Africa, supporting equity-focused targeting and contributing to a 30% increase in scholarships awarded to girls. Increasingly, I’m focused on AI and digital innovation for development, using generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for documentation, analysis, and knowledge organization—always aiming to improve evidence generation, programme coordination, and digital solutions for children and communities.
