My name is Samuel Asare, and I have a strong background in customer service, having spent the last two years honing my skills in Portugal. Now back in Germany, I am eager to leverage my experience and contribute to your team. My role as a Customer Advisor for Google Ads allowed me to assist clients through both inbound and outbound services, enhancing my communication skills and service orientation.

Following my time at Google, I worked with Warner Bros. Discovery+, where I supported customers with their inquiries about the platform. Additionally, I gained initial experience in social media moderation at Eurosport. I pride myself on my ability to connect with diverse customer groups, demonstrating patience, empathy, and intercultural competence. My strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Office applications enable me to efficiently manage customer requests and documentation.
