Samuel Arita

At Kenya Ports Authority’s ICT Department, I installed and configured Windows 11 on organizational computers and set up business applications including SAP and Kaspersky.

I troubleshot hardware, software, and operating-system issues, joined computers to the organization’s domain, and provided user support as an IT Support / Help Desk Intern.

I’m pursuing a Bachelor of Information Security and Forensics at KCA University and building practical experience through a SOC detection and incident response lab and a network infrastructure and security lab.
