I'm looking to continue delivering user-focused product features in fast-paced environments, collaborating with engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders to turn market insights into clear product flows, successful launches, and measurable growth.

At StarWORKS Global, I lead end-to-end product initiatives across a Web3 ecosystem, spanning website features, booking systems, dashboards, and gamification modules.

I designed and launched a gamification feature for a Web3 wallet that drove a 1000% increase in new user acquisition. I work closely with engineering, QA, clients, and stakeholders to translate user and market insights into clear requirements, prioritized features, and effective product flows.

Alongside product delivery, I create on-camera social content and manage paid Meta Ads campaigns, using Canva, CapCut, and AI tools from ideation through publishing.

Previously at Ivanov Aarts, I managed NFT project operations across marketplaces including OpenSea and Foundation, helping drive a 2000% increase in NFT sales revenue. I also used crypto-market research, Twitter, Discord, marketing, and community engagement to improve project positioning and audience interaction.
