I am an experienced and results-driven Human Resources professional with a strong track record across recruitment, performance management, safeguarding, and administrative support in humanitarian and international NGO contexts.

Over six years I progressed from HR Intern to Senior Human Resources Officer, leading end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance management at organizations including Save the Children and FHI 360.

I have specific strengths in safeguarding implementation, staff induction and training, HR systems (Oracle/Workday/Taleo), payroll administration, and learning & development planning, and I regularly support investigations and policy compliance.
