What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level people operations or employee experience role where I can support onboarding, employee feedback, and engagement initiatives while growing my HR skills.

I'm a BBA graduate building practical experience in people operations and employee experience through employee engagement, onboarding, and feedback projects.

During my internship at Sabari Textiles, I assisted with planning and executing employee engagement initiatives intended to improve morale and productivity. I also contributed to employee-focused strategy development.

I've created an onboarding feedback survey and analyzed sample Google Sheets responses to identify improvements. I also developed an onboarding tracker covering pre-joining through the first month, organized by owner, timeline, and completion status.
