I’m seeking an HR Executive / HR Operations role where I can contribute to organizational growth while developing practical HR expertise.

At O2saver Pvt Ltd Company, I assisted with resume screening and interview scheduling, maintained employee records, and supported onboarding.

I also helped organize employee engagement activities and analyzed recruitment methods used in organizations. I studied interview and selection procedures and prepared a report with findings and suggestions.

For my academic project at NAGA FOODS Pvt Ltd, Dindigul, I studied employee engagement. I supported the HR team with engagement initiatives, feedback collection, internal communication, and reporting.
