At Genie Customer Management Service, I work as a Process Executive in the Business Operations of TIN and Special Projects Department, supporting work for Protean eGov Technologies Limited.

I verify documents and PAN Change Request applications, checking for discrepancies in applications and supporting documents. I also handle customer calls and resolve client queries and grievances by email and phone.

I use Excel, Word, and Outlook to create and update documents, worksheets, contacts, and distribution lists. I’ve also completed an Advanced Excel course, an MSCIT course, and an Advanced Digital Marketing Course.
