At Patra India BPO Services Pvt. Ltd., I analyze client requirements and provide live solutions within TAT. I manage Retail & Renewals, on-demand, and rush requests, coordinating document preparation and timely delivery to clients and insurance companies.

I trained new team members on Retail & Renewal processes, including report delivery, data uploads, descriptions, and record management on client platforms. I also check transaction quality and document formats.

I worked on a special project under Amwins Group and manage client communication through Outlook for reporting and follow-ups.

At Vkj law offices, I prepared and maintained documents using MS Word and Excel, assisted with data entry, formatting, and basic reporting, and supported daily administrative and client-related tasks.
