I’m an MBA(Finance) professional with experience in data analysis, MIS reporting, dashboard development, and operational analytics at HCLTech. I focus on turning large, messy datasets into reliable insights senior management can act on.

At HCLTech, I manage end-to-end recruitment data operations for 75,000+ candidate records, ensuring high data accuracy and integrity across large datasets. I also develop Power BI dashboards and Excel MIS reports for demand fulfillment, assessment performance, joiners, attrition, and operational KPIs.

I generate weekly and monthly management reports to support workforce planning and business decision-making. I perform data validation, reconciliation, reporting automation, and bulk data management to maintain reporting accuracy, and I support internal audit activities through data analysis, reporting reviews, and documentation.

I own ATS data governance and reporting processes and monitor assessment platform reporting (Aon, HackerRank, Versant) for operational metrics and license utilization. I currently manage a team of 2, and my MBA dissertation explored the impact of IFRS S1 and S2 on company valuations and investment decisions.
