I’m looking for a role where I can combine project delivery with data-driven reporting—using Power BI, Excel, and SQL—to improve processes, optimize costs, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes.

I’m a project and data analytics professional focused on delivering actionable insights through business reporting and process improvement. I’ve built my work around strong project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder alignment, and cross-team coordination to keep delivery on track.

At HCL Technologies, I managed end-to-end implementation of the Converged Delivery Model (CDM) for over 10,000 resources, supported by gap analysis and internal requirement gathering to streamline workflows. I also led creation of Functional Specification Documents (FSD) to strengthen knowledge transfer and improve project handovers.

I use tools like Power BI, Excel, and SQL to drive data-driven decision-making—especially for dashboards and reports that support cost optimization, budget tracking, risk assessments, and quality control. I’m recognized for impact across initiatives, including CDM, Cost Optimization, and 4DX implementation.
