Samradh Agarwal
@samradhagarwal
Product Manager at Indico Labs who owned an AI product line from discovery through release.
IndiaWhat I'm looking for
At Indico Labs, I owned the end-to-end lifecycle of a new AI-powered product line, from customer discovery and requirements through design, sprint delivery, and release. I turned user interviews and feedback into problem statements, PRDs, and a prioritized roadmap.
At 1000xdev, I owned product cycles for 15+ clients, translating discovery into PRDs, user stories, and prototypes. More than 10 feature specs moved directly into production.
As Founding Product Manager at VyapGO, I used funnel analysis to identify a 20% sign-up drop-off and shipped A/B-tested onboarding changes that increased first-transaction completion by 90%. At DasetAI, I directed 0-to-1 product strategy for an AI data-quality and cleaning tool across 10+ pilot customers, reducing manual data-fixing hours by 80%.
I also designed and shipped RelAI, which cross-checks LLM answers with multiple agents, and built NotifyME to cross-validate fraud signals. I use hands-on UI/UX design and technical prototyping to help validate product ideas.
