What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a growth-stage, product-led company where AI is core to the product, not just a feature.

At NinjaHire, I’m the sole Product Manager, owning product strategy, prompt engineering, QA, and go-to-market execution for an AI-powered recruiting platform. I grew MRR from $15K to $75K and improved candidate-match precision by 65% through prompt iteration.

Previously, I helped develop IRA, an LLM-powered voice bot at Mopid, improving model accuracy from 40% to 80% and reducing recruiters’ manual workload by 30–40%. At York IE, I owned product strategy and delivery for Current, a field service management platform, and at Infoway Promotion Services I worked on an insurance platform for IFFCO Tokio.
