I work as an Admissions & Parent Relations Officer, managing and coordinating the student admission process from inquiry to enrollment. I provide clear guidance to prospective students and parents on programs, policies, and admission requirements, while keeping admissions records accurate through strong documentation and student database management.

I conduct admission interviews and orientation sessions, handle parents’ queries and feedback professionally and timely, and build long-term relationships between school and families. I also coordinate Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), parent engagement activities, follow-up calls/meetings, and support retention initiatives through effective parent communication and conflict-resolution when needed.

Beyond admissions, I bring leadership and event execution experience from managing APMUN 1.0 and APMUN 0.1, hosting and moderating ceremonies, and participating in district-level speech and public speaking competitions. I combine excellent verbal and written communication with problem-solving, teamwork, and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support admissions campaigns, reporting, and high-quality service.
