I've led enterprise content operations, CMS governance, and metadata strategy at Accenture, Hinduja Global Solutions, Wipro, and Huawei. At Accenture, I launched a WordPress-based enterprise CMS/intranet serving 5,000+ users across multiple geographies.

I build structured content, taxonomy, tagging, QA, publishing, and lifecycle workflows that make knowledge easier to find, reuse, and govern. I also partner with technology, analytics, authors, and business teams to improve automation, content performance, and adoption.
