I’m a Content Metadata Specialist focused on metadata management, tagging standards, and governance across web content and digital assets. I use AEM and DAM to create structured, consistent metadata that improves discoverability and supports content lifecycle quality.

In my recent role as Sr AEM Content Author at Capgemini, I delivered SLA-driven intranet content and performed AEM 6.5 promotional page creation by analyzing JIRA ticket requests. I ensured assets met quality standards by checking formats, dimensions, smart tagging, and DAM naming, and I developed/enhanced components and templates to improve page functionality and user experience.

Before that, I supported high-volume DAM and workflow operations for Altria, managing asset and content requests within AEM DAM and streamlining turnaround time using Workfront. Earlier with Subway EMEA as an AEM Content Quality & Performance Analyst, I performed QA validation (link checks, preview vs publish, responsive testing) and supported campaign launches across regions by managing AEM authoring, DAM assets, and VCE offers.
