Oversaw integration of Zsmart CBS with OPCO CRM using both online (RESTful and SOAP) and offline interfaces as part of the MTN IoT platform. Architected and designed IoT solutions by translating business requirements into technical solution design artifacts. Supported technical aspects of enterprise cloud services IoT initiatives, provided IoT product expertise, and escalated system risks and issues.

Led core network engineering efforts for the MTN M2M project and related POC work, handling managed services and migration tasks. Conducted POC testing in lab environments and provided cross-functional coordination and technical troubleshooting for reliable delivery.

Transitioned project and personnel from Huawei Technologies to CJATelecommunications for Telkom Mobile RAN managed services and delivered corrective/preventative maintenance. Conducted antenna and cabling maintenance and diagnosed RAN faults, including feeder cable VSWR/frequency issues and optical/DC power and generator support at sites.

Performed corrective and preventative onsite maintenance for the Telkom Mobile RAN project as part of managed services. Diagnosed Huawei BTS 3900/Honnet RNC equipment issues and maintained antenna/cabling and site power infrastructure, including generator connections during outages.

Assisted with electrical installation and maintenance while following electrical safety protocols and using testing instruments. Completed cable installations and wiring work, performed distribution board and cable jointing tasks, and maintained compliance documentation for Certificates of Compliance (C.O.C).

Commissioned, maintained, and provided emergency support for customer power UPS electronics systems. Performed UPS installation and configuration, distribution board and power panel work, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable power system performance.

Completed an AI masterclass on how to comprehensively use AI within a business context.
