In my Customer Service & Banking Intern role at Agricultural Development Bank Ltd (ADBL), I handled customer inquiries at the banking counter, directed clients to appropriate services, and reviewed loan application requirements. I supported daily customer-facing operations like account queries and record assistance while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.

As an Investment Services Intern at Nabil Investment Banking Limited, I helped customers and stakeholders with investment product questions and simplified complex concepts into clear explanations. I also supported documentation and internal operational processes to keep service delivery smooth.
