What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role where I can support customers end-to-end—dispute resolution, marketplace safety, and customer experience—using clear communication, accurate records, and strong problem-solving to improve service outcomes.

I am a recent graduate from pokhara university with a degree on Business Administration, and I bring hands-on customer service experience in the banking sector.

In my experience, I handled PokharaUniversity customer inquiries, verifying transaction-related information, resolving service issues, and maintaining accurate records. I apply a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail to keep customer communication clear and reliable.

As an Intern–CustomerService & Operations at GarimaBikasBank, Nepal (2024), I supported customer communication through phone, email, and chat. I worked on projects focused on customer service and relationship management, strengthening my teamwork and collaboration.

I’m especially interested in dispute resolution, marketplace safety, and customer experience roles in global digital platforms. I’m motivated to improve service outcomes through problem-solving, conflict resolution, and consistent, well-documented support.
