My Doc-Engine X project is a full-stack file-processing system built with Node.js, Express, Redis, BullMQ, React, and Socket.io. I used Redis and BullMQ to prevent main-thread blocking and enable real-time status updates via WebSockets.
I also built a helpdesk REST API with a PostgreSQL-backed L1/L2 escalation workflow, role-based access control, and automated PDF report generation.
For a Solar IoT Monitoring System, I developed a real-time dashboard to ingest, process, and visualize telemetry from distributed solar IoT nodes.
At TELUS Digital, I conduct root cause analysis on backend errors, packet loss, and system logs to resolve network and provisioning issues. I also provide technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
