What I'm looking for

I want to keep driving paid media performance by improving delivery, targeting, and campaign operations—using data-driven optimization (and AI-powered reporting where possible) across programmatic and direct channels, while working closely with partners to hit KPIs.

I’ve managed ad operations and performance optimization across Groundtruth and T-Mobile, where I improved campaign delivery (~99%), fill rates (+30%), CPM performance (+50%), and revenue (+45%). I’ve also supported multi-channel execution across display, CTV, mobile, video, and DOOH by troubleshooting pacing, targeting, and delivery issues.

At T-Mobile, I built scalable QA and workflow processes to improve execution efficiency and reporting accuracy, and I partnered across Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to resolve delivery problems and keep performance goals on track. I also tested new formats and strategies that lifted impressions and CTR as high as 25%.

Most recently, I’ve been consulting with small businesses and entrepreneurs, advising on media planning, audience targeting, and channel selection while executing and optimizing paid social on Meta, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn. I’ve also researched and implemented AI-powered workflows to automate reporting and campaign analysis, using the insights to refine optimization opportunities.
