What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior marketing leadership role where I own global GTM strategy, build high-performing teams, and partner with product and sales to scale revenue and product adoption—ideally in fast-growing tech with a data-first and AI-enabled mindset.

I’m a senior marketing leader with more than 16 years experience scaling global tech platforms and high growth scale-ups across Europe, the Middle East, and emerging markets. I translate commercial strategy into effective go to market programs that drive revenue growth, product adoption, and brand expansion.

I was one of the first 100 people at Facebook EMEA in 2009, and I’ve since led senior marketing roles at TikTok, Appinio, and Quantcast. Across these experiences, I’ve worked closely with C-suites and regional leaders to localise global strategies and deliver integrated marketing initiatives across multiple markets.

Most recently at Intertectra (CRO, Feb 2025–present), I stepped in for an interim mission to re-structure and digitise an aging, analog business—owning P&L, digital transformation, culture and values setting, recruitment, and structural re-organisation. I implemented an ERP system with a data-first strategy and AI tools, and created $10M of additional revenue opportunity through segment expansion and pricing optimisation.

At Appinio, I built and led a global Marketing organisation of 40 people across 9 markets, reporting directly into the CEO and owning go-to-market strategies, messaging, programs, and measurable KPI’s tied to revenue targets and product adoption objectives. At TikTok, I grew the Product Marketing team from 2 to 40 and drove executive leadership of go-to-market strategies—helping yearly advertising revenue in Europe grow from $100M (2019) to $2B (2022).
