I'm looking to lead enterprise AI and GenAI transformation, develop customer-focused prototypes and scalable platforms, and build high-performing global teams that deliver measurable business impact.

I'm driving Ericsson's AI First initiative as Engagement Director, leading enterprise AI adoption, customer engagements, prototypes, accelerators, and a scalable AI platform.

Previously, I led Ericsson's Global AI/ML Accelerator portfolio, delivering AI/ML and data science initiatives, establishing the GAIA Asset Marketplace, and coordinating Business Units, customers, and Market Areas around a unified strategy.

Across Ericsson, I've led global technical support and product-development programs for Charging, Multi-Mediation, service enablement, emergency recovery, and core-network products. I managed 24x7 support across India, China, Holland, Mexico, and Canada, including a workforce of about 120 and an annual budget of about 80 MSEK.

Over more than 20 years in mobile communications, I've built global teams, improved operational delivery, and delivered complex programs to scope, timeline, and budget. My work has been recognized through Extraordinary Business Impact ratings, Ericsson Success recognition, and awards for emergency service delivery and KPI achievement.
