I’m a results-driven wireless and AI/data professional with deep expertise in radio network solutions, implementation, and automation-driven innovation across Telecom and ICT. I specialize in S-RAN, C-RAN, O-RAN, and CSP & MPN-grade network pre-sales, business development, and solution design.
In my current role as a Program Manager (AI & Data Analytics) at Tech Mahindra, I handle large Data & Analytics and AI deliveries—BI & Big Data Transformation, data migration, system modernization, and data consultancy—while owning P&L, budgets, profitability, and growth for multiple NAM engagements with telecom clients.
Previously, at Tata Communications Transformation Services, I designed and implemented RAN-centric data pipelines and AI-based prediction engines that forecast alarms from RAN network behavior. I built telecom data models into cloud-based data lakes on Azure & AWS, integrated OSS/BSS with analytics for customer experience and SLA compliance, and developed high/low-level designs for 4G/5G ingestion pipelines supporting real-time streaming use cases with Kafka/Spark.
Earlier at Ericsson India, I led multi-region RAN architecture design and implemented LTE CA and 5G Massive MIMO with real-time traffic visibility. I also co-developed AI-based intelligent cell site analytics and resource allocation frameworks—paired with delivery and stakeholder engagement through RFP/RFI solutioning and pre-sales support.
