Through my HR Attrition Intelligence & Employee Retention Analytics System, I analyzed employee records using Python and SQL Server to identify attrition drivers. I created a risk-scoring framework and delivered Power BI and Excel dashboards to support retention planning.
I also designed an end-to-end PostgreSQL sales data platform with a Python ETL pipeline, SQL views, and automated data quality checks. As App Development Lead at Google Developer Student, Parul University, I coordinated a five-member team working on student-focused technology initiatives.
