I’m a Data Analyst who turns large datasets into retention insights and reliable reporting. I analyze customer behavior with SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI, focusing on churn trends, KPI reporting, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

In my current Data Analyst Intern role, I’ve worked with 10,000+ customer records to identify inactive members with higher churn probability and improve retention-focused reporting automation. I also built a Relationship Strength Index (RSI) model using Python and statistical analysis to standardize churn-risk evaluation.

Beyond retention analytics, I’ve developed interactive Power BI dashboards that connect engagement patterns to measurable outcomes—using KPI cards, charts, and slicers to make trends easy to act on. I’m comfortable with EDA, data cleaning, and data quality work so dashboards remain trustworthy.

Before moving deeper into analytics, I worked as a Software Engineer delivering 5+ Android applications used by 10,000–100,000 users. That engineering foundation helps me think in terms of data pipelines, structured integrations, and systems that keep decisions grounded in accurate data.
