I developed a Power BI dashboard at the center of my HR Employee Attrition & Retention Analysis project to explore turnover trends. I created KPIs with DAX and used Key Influencers to examine factors including overtime, income, and work-life balance.

For my Telco Customer Churn & Retention Analysis project, I cleaned data, engineered features, and built KPIs such as churn rate, customer lifetime value, and revenue lost. The dashboard explored churn across contract types, services, and customer segments.

I also developed a student performance dashboard in Microsoft Power BI, using DAX to track average marks and pass percentage. I’m interested in collaborating on meaningful analytical work in fast-paced environments.
