Data Analyst using SQL, Python, and Power BI to uncover customer behavior and workforce trends.

I analyzed 10,000+ customer transaction records in my Customer Behaviour Analysis project to identify purchasing patterns, customer segments, and repeat-purchase behavior. I also developed an interactive Power BI dashboard focused on customer lifetime value, retention, and purchasing trends.

For my HR Analytics Dashboard project, I analyzed workforce trends across 1,000+ employee records and created DAX measures for attrition and other workforce KPIs. At SkillAcademy, where I worked as a Software Engineer Intern, I automated recurring reporting tasks and optimized MongoDB queries and RESTful APIs.
