I've supported children, families, and community programs through intake, needs assessment, risk review, documentation, and coordinated service delivery.

At the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, I managed high-volume caseloads, maintained confidential records, reviewed cases for accuracy and completeness, and tracked client progress through electronic case management systems. I also guided new trainees on documentation, engagement, and program procedures.

Previously at The New York Foundling, I worked with families at risk of out-of-home placement, connecting them with mental health providers and community resources while coordinating with schools, courts, and healthcare providers. My approach is trauma-informed, client-centered, and focused on family stability and safety.

Through City Year New York, I supported students' academic and social-emotional needs, monitored attendance trends, and helped implement data-informed interventions. I'm preparing to begin a Master of Social Work program in 2027 and am interested in program monitoring, quality improvement, public health, and stronger services for children and families.
