What I'm looking for

I seek a mission-driven role where I can deliver trauma-informed case management, collaborate with cross-functional teams, support vulnerable clients, and grow into greater leadership while contributing measurable client outcomes.

I am a dedicated social worker with experience across child welfare, adult protective services, and school-based support, committed to trauma-informed, solution-oriented practice.

My work has included managing high-volume caseloads (40+ clients), coordinating legal documentation and court processes, and implementing individualized service plans to promote safety, permanency, and well-being.

In my current role as a site coordinator, I lead student-centered interventions, monitor academic and behavioral trends, and collaborate with educators, families, and community partners to support students in high-need communities.

I hold a BSW with a minor in Case Management, completed the CWEB Foundations in Child Welfare certificate, and bring strong communication, conflict-resolution, data tracking, and community engagement skills to a mission-driven team.
