What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a supportive, purpose-driven environment where I can provide compassionate clinical excellence, lead program growth, and deliver evidence-informed, biopsychosocial-spiritual care to adolescents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

I’m a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker with approximately three years of clinical experience across outpatient, residential, nonprofit, educational, and remote settings. I’m known for a holistic, person-centered approach grounded in a biopsychosocial-spiritual framework, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and meaningful impact. I bring proven ability to deliver evidence-informed services to diverse populations, including adolescents and families.

In therapy roles, I provide individual, family, and group therapy, translating clinical assessment into clear treatment planning and case conceptualization. I develop comprehensive treatment plans, maintain accurate documentation, and support compliance through ethical practice and professional integrity. I also strengthen client outcomes using strengths-based approaches and, when appropriate, faith-integrated care.

I also build and lead services beyond the therapy room. I’ve developed prevention and enrichment programs for at-risk adolescents, conducted community outreach and partnership building, and provided mentorship through individual and group-based interventions focused on resilience and personal development. Most recently, I collaborated with executive leadership to develop a Social Work Department from inception—supporting policy development, workflow design, and clinical standards while maintaining a limited caseload.

Across school, residential, and outpatient environments, I support behavioral skill development, crisis intervention, and de-escalation, helping create safe, inclusive spaces for clients and students.
