I’m looking for an HR role where I can support talent management and employee engagement while contributing to organizational growth. I want a team that values clear communication, structured coordination, and continuous improvement.

I’m an MBA graduate transitioning into Human Resources, and I bring strong communication and employee coordination experience to help teams run smoothly. Through hands-on people handling and administration experience, I’ve built a practical understanding of business operations.

I’m especially interested in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational growth. I’ve supported process improvement through projects like “Digitalization in HR Functions,” applying business strategy models to streamline workflows relevant for CRM and pipeline management.
