I’m a Certified SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central (EC) and Performance & Goals Management (PMGM). I bring 5 years of overall experience, including approx. 2.11 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC, with a strong focus on HR operations and cloud HR solutions.
In my SAP SuccessFactors projects, I configure Employee Central portlets (Personal Info, Job Info, Compensation, Employment Details) and design MDF objects, associations, and custom UI screens. I set up Position Management (position hierarchy, sync rules, and position configuration), build business rules for validations/propagation/defaults, and configure workflows for new hire, promotion, transfer, and termination.
I also handle Role-Based Permissions (RBP), data migration (including UDF validation and import of employee/foundation data), picklist and cascading picklist updates, and field behavior changes. Alongside implementation, support, and enhancement work, I deliver end-user training, maintain system documentation, and perform release regression testing and post-go-live support.
