I’m looking for an SAP SuccessFactors role where I can own end-to-end PM-GM, Succession, and CDP delivery—blending configuration, client communication, documentation, UAT, training, and steady post go-live support for measurable adoption.

I’m a SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of experience across full life-cycle implementations and support projects in PM-GM (Performance Management & Goal Management), Succession Planning, and Career Development Planning (CDP). I bring hands-on expertise in requirement gathering, configuration, XML/rule-based form template design, route maps, permissions, data migration, and end-user training—backed by a track record of successful go-lives and post-production support.

I’ve delivered solutions for real estate and hospitality clients, including a 3-year remote engagement supporting a Dubai-based consulting firm. In roles as a Senior Consultant, I’ve configured performance and goal plan templates, rating scales, calibration settings, succession org charts, nine-box matrices, and CDP templates linking competencies to development goals—while coordinating UAT, virtual training, functional documentation, and ongoing production support.
