At TripleTreeSolutions, I work on ColordesQ, a B2B SaaS platform, across product discovery, requirements, prioritisation, roadmap planning and delivery. I turn user and stakeholder needs into user stories, specifications and acceptance criteria.
I work with engineering, data and design teams to take features from idea through release and ongoing improvement. I use Pendo and product analytics to understand feature usage, track KPIs and inform product decisions.
My earlier QA and AWS work at TripleTreeSolutions gave me a technical understanding of APIs, data flows and cloud infrastructure. I've also supported AWS clients as a Freelance AWS Consultant/ SupportEngineer at Motive(GoMotive.com), and contributed to enterprise IT implementation and process improvement work.
