During 22 years with the Pakistan Air Force, I delivered enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity programs, automation, disaster recovery, and operational governance. I established Security Operations Centre capabilities that reduced threat detection and incident response time by 60%, and led modernization initiatives that improved operational efficiency by 30%.

I've managed multi-million-dollar technology portfolios and strategic investments and vendor contracts, achieving 20% cost optimization through strategic sourcing and procurement governance. I also led business continuity and disaster recovery initiatives supporting mission-critical services for more than 2,000 personnel.

I'm experienced in translating technical risk into executive decisions, building multidisciplinary teams through change, and leading enterprise transformation programmes with senior stakeholders and international partners. My background also includes executive crisis coordination during the 2005 Pakistan earthquake response and operational leadership for the World Junior Squash Championship.
