Salma Candy

At the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Routière, I worked as a systems and networks administration intern, maintaining IT systems and networks and providing user support. I also participated in implementing network security solutions.

For an academic case study conducted at the Direction Générale de la Sécurité Routière, I configured an OPNsense firewall to secure and manage network traffic, and analyzed server configuration and port redirection.

I built Vacance, a personal web application project for managing clients for a travel company. My technical work includes Java, Python, JavaScript, Django, MySQL, and network analysis with Wireshark.

I’m pursuing an MSc in Enterprise Security and Digital Forensics at University of Technology, Mauritius. I’m interested in networks, cybersecurity, and software development, and want to apply my technical knowledge, develop my skills, and contribute to IT projects in a company.
