I am a cybersecurity professional with over a year and a half of hands-on IT experience, focused on incident management, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking. I hold a Diploma in Cybersecurity and am pursuing a BSc in Cyber-Security.

In operational roles I monitored and maintained computer systems and networks, managed and escalated incidents, and provided user support including account setup and password troubleshooting. I coordinated across delivery teams to ensure incidents and service requests were resolved following standard processes and SLAs.

I have practical experience with penetration testing, web application security testing, digital forensics, and daily monitoring using tools such as Rapid7, CrowdStrike, Microsoft 365 security, Symantec, Check Point, FortiGate, and Sophos. I contributed to vulnerability assessments, phishing simulations, and development of security policies and procedures.

I bring strong communication, teamwork, and a reliable work ethic, supplemented by coursework and certifications in threat intelligence, ethical hacking, and cyber defense. I am motivated to apply technical skills and continuous learning to strengthen an organization's security posture.
