What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a commercial, e-commerce, shopper marketing, or customer insights role where I can use market data, customer behaviour, partner management, and cross-functional execution to grow product visibility, adoption, and sales.

I currently lead commercial performance across 30 franchise partners, three Franchise Supervisors, and 10 Franchise Sales Supervisors in FMCG distribution. I use sales data, customer purchasing patterns, and online activity to improve product availability, visibility, adoption, and growth across physical and e-commerce channels.

At Safaricom PLC, I supported customer acquisition, product adoption, market development, and internet solution sales through dealer and retail partner relationships. I translated customer feedback, market trends, competitor activity, and territory performance into practical actions that improved product penetration and commercial execution.

I also bring hands-on merchandising experience from Chandaria Industries and team leadership experience from Solvo Global Kenya, combining shopper insights, promotional execution, performance reporting, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration.
