What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations or administrative role where I can coordinate people, schedules, communications, and events while providing proactive support in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

I'm currently leading operations at Harris Institute for the Arts, where I implement and amend school policies, manage the recording studio, and book sessions for students, faculty, and outside parties.

I manage and moderate a 250+ member Slack workspace, helping streamline communication among current students, alumni, and faculty. I also facilitate media releases across the US and Canada using Canva, UpOnline, and EIN Presswire.

Previously, I managed the WordPress website, supported social media strategy, coordinated calendars, led information sessions, and built schedules for Audio Production and Arts Management programs in collaboration with 45+ faculty members.

My experience also includes engineering and organizing recording sessions at RHC Studios, supporting a JUNO-nominated album, and handling reporting, client outreach, team supervision, and scheduling in retail.
