What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote role in Operations or Data where I can support data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and workflow optimization. I enjoy working with structured data, solving operational challenges, and delivering accurate reports. I'm open to full-time or contract roles in Operations Analysis, SAP/ERP Support, Project Coordination, and Data Analysis.

My career has been built around solving operational and information management challenges across engineering, education, and research.

I began my professional career in engineering maintenance, where I worked on instrumentation systems and later served as an SAP Planning/Focal Point responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing work orders, preparing operational reports, tracking equipment maintenance records, and supporting workshop planning. This role required accuracy, teamwork, and strong analytical skills.

I later transitioned into education, where I currently teach secondary school students while also serving on planning committees responsible for examinations and school activities. Teaching has strengthened my communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Alongside my professional work, I completed a First Class honours degree in Business and Management and later earned a Master's degree in Humanitarianism, Conflict and Development as a Commonwealth Scholar. My academic work has developed strong research, writing, critical thinking, and data analysis skills.

I'm particularly interested in data operations, AI-powered information systems, digital transformation, cloud computing, and workflow automation. I'm currently expanding my technical skills in Python, Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, and AI while developing projects focused on education data infrastructure.

I enjoy learning new technologies and continuously improving processes. My goal is to contribute to organizations that value analytical thinking, operational excellence, and continuous learning.
