I'm looking for an opportunity in BPO, customer support, chat support, or back-office operations where I can use communication, query resolution, documentation, and remote collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.

I'm a B.Tech Computer Science graduate seeking opportunities in BPO, customer support, chat support, or back-office operations. I handle customer queries, client communication, ticket handling, online research, documentation, data entry, and email communication in fast-paced environments.

I've built Task Management and Student Information System projects and bring experience with Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion, Asana, Slack, Zoom, and CRM tools including HubSpot and Salesforce. I'm fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi, and I value organized, reliable remote collaboration.
