What I'm looking for
I’m a Business Analyst / ERP Functional Consultant with 4+ years of experience delivering process improvements across ERP, CRM, TMS, and logistics platforms. I specialize in requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and validating solutions end-to-end—from workflow analysis and gap analysis to UAT execution and production support.
In my recent role, I act as a bridge between business users and development teams, clarifying requirements and resolving issues while ensuring SLA compliance. I run regression testing and defect tracking for CRM modules, perform root cause analysis to reduce recurring production problems, and support change requests and go-live activities with strong client communication.
Previously, I supported TMS/DMS/Control Tower systems for 15+ logistics clients, including API validation using Postman, monitoring GPS integrations and geofencing, and validating real-time logistics data. I also prepare functional documentation (BRD/FRD/SOP/SOW), create training materials, and deliver user training, demos, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption and high customer satisfaction.
