I want to ensure software reliability through strong manual, API, and performance testing, clear bug reporting, and continuous improvement—while growing into automation testing to deliver faster, better releases.

I’m a Software Quality Assurance Engineer dedicated to ensuring software reliability by combining careful test planning with clear, actionable bug reporting. I’m especially strong in manual testing, test case design, and validating fixes through accurate reproduction steps.

In my Jr. SQA Engineer role, I designed detailed test cases and test scripts covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. I also conducted API testing (data flow, error handling, and component integration) and executed performance tests using JMeter while maintaining comprehensive test documentation.

Before QA, I worked as a Technical Support Engineer where I investigated complex issues, performed root cause analysis, and provided step-by-step technical documentation for escalation and QA verification. That experience strengthened my approach to optimizing user experiences, improving stability, and continuously learning—especially as I explore automation testing.
