I am a seasoned SQA Engineer with a robust understanding of quality assurance techniques and a proven ability to thrive in agile environments. My experience spans across various aspects of testing, including planning, executing, and reporting results to diverse teams within the organization. I pride myself on being highly structured and adept at solving complex issues, ensuring that software products meet the highest standards of quality.

Currently, I work as an SQA Engineer at Next Level Media BD, where I analyze project requirements, develop test plans, and implement both white box and black box testing methodologies. My role involves utilizing software development tools such as JIRA and Azure to track bugs and manage testing processes effectively. I also engage in API testing using Postman and contribute to mobile application QA for both Android and iOS platforms. My commitment to agile best practices ensures that I deliver timely and accurate reports, facilitating seamless communication with global teams.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Daffodil International University, I have honed my skills in functional and non-functional testing, performance testing, and automation testing using various tools and programming languages. I am passionate about continuous learning and improvement, which is reflected in my published research on sentiment analysis using LSTM and Bi-LSTM techniques.
