At Business Automation Limited, I test web and mobile applications across multiple environments, supporting stable releases for products including BSTI Mobile App, QueuePro, EBS, Namjari, iCommune, and Ziyarah.
I design and execute functional, regression, API, usability, and end-to-end test cases. I develop Cypress automation scripts, automate mobile testing with Appium, and validate RESTful APIs through Postman.
I've identified critical and high-severity defects, improved test coverage by combining manual and automation strategies, and supported production releases with zero critical post-deployment issues.
I work closely with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, using shift-left testing, cross-browser and cross-device validation, and clear QA documentation to improve delivery quality.
